Rampage Event App
What’s this app?
This app is a Progressive Web App (or simply PWA). Install it on any smartphone, tablet or desktop computer — it uses very little storage space and requires no updates. By design, a PWA cannot access your device data or personal information.
Availability
Install the Rampage Event App in a few seconds — directly from your browser. This app is available on Android (with Chrome), on iOS (with Safari), on Windows (with Chrome or Edge) and macOS (with Chrome). On Desktop or Androidn, simply click on the Install button at the top of the page. For Apple, scroll down for instructions.
How to Install the Rampage Event App on iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Important:
- PWAs on iOS only work with Safari (not Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers).
- There is no automatic “Add to Home Screen” prompt like on Android.
Steps for Installing the Rampage Event App on Apple Devices
- Open Safari Browser: Make sure you are using Safari on your iPhone or iPad. PWAs cannot be installed via any other browser like Chrome.
- Navigate to the PWA URL: Enter the URL of the Rampage Event App’s PWA site in the Safari address bar and load the page fully.
- Tap the Share Button: Tap the Share button, which looks like a square icon with an upward arrow at the bottom of the screen (located at the bottom center on iPhones, or top on iPads).
- Select “Add to Home Screen”: In the share menu, swipe up to find and tap the Add to Home Screen option. This will add the app to your device’s home screen, making it behave more like a native app.
- Confirm Name & Icon: A prompt will pop up showing the app’s name and icon. Adjust the name if desired, but the default should be fine. Ensure that the app’s icon and name appear correctly.
- Tap “Add”: In the top right corner of the pop-up, tap Add to install the app. The PWA icon will now appear on your home screen.
- Open the PWA from Your Home Screen: The Rampage Event App icon will now appear on your home screen. Tap it to open the app in full-screen mode, just like a native app.
Note: Make sure to use Safari as other browsers won’t work for PWA installation on Apple devices.
Offline Usage:
- The app will save pages you visit while online.
- If you go offline, you can still access previously visited pages.
- Any pages you haven’t visited will show an Offline Message.
